Week 1 (gym time )(warning pic inside if u just ate, dont look)

Ok the time has come, i finally measured myself, and took the dreaded "Before" photo and ARGHHHHHH WHAT A FKN WHALE! i cant believe this is me this damn blob is me, no wonder my limbs hurt, no wonder im out of breath when i walk to the shops, no wonder i wake up in pain when i sleep, how the fk did i allow myself to get to this????
well it ends, it ends NOW no more mr fat guy, im going to make my family proud, no longer will i be my parents "fat" son, or my siblings "fat" brother or my kid's "fat" dad, no fkn more the training begins tomorrow and I WILL GET THIN AND HEALTHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MY COMMITMENT

My commitment is

To go from 98 kilos to 80
To lose the gut and get abs
To be fit and healthy
To get my cholesterol down
To have more energy, so i can play with my children
To be happy and,
To turn 40 in the best shape of my life.
and i commit to do everything Michelle tells me to do, to sweat my arse off training hard and to NEVER make an excuse to not train…..YA!!!!! IM PUMPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
