MY COMMITMENT

My commitment is

To go from 98 kilos to 80
To lose the gut and get abs
To be fit and healthy
To get my cholesterol down
To have more energy, so i can play with my children
To be happy and,
To turn 40 in the best shape of my life.
and i commit to do everything Michelle tells me to do, to sweat my arse off training hard and to NEVER make an excuse to not train…..YA!!!!! IM PUMPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. well im now 94.2 kilos, and the whole 2 hours a day 6 days a week training begins tomorrow so its all going to plan so far :)
