Week 1 (gym time )(warning pic inside if u just ate, dont look)

Ok the time has come, i finally measured myself, and took the dreaded "Before" photo and ARGHHHHHH WHAT A FKN WHALE! i cant believe this is me this damn blob is me, no wonder my limbs hurt, no wonder im out of breath when i walk to the shops, no wonder i wake up in pain when i sleep, how the fk did i allow myself to get to this????
well it ends, it ends NOW no more mr fat guy, im going to make my family proud, no longer will i be my parents "fat" son, or my siblings "fat" brother or my kid's "fat" dad, no fkn more the training begins tomorrow and I WILL GET THIN AND HEALTHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. Don't forget to make yourself proud. How you see yourself is most important. If you can be proud of yourself, it sets a fantastic example for your kids. :)

    I hope you're doing well with your training. And don't worry if you fall off the schedule. Keep motivated, keep going. Pick up and do it again.
